Made hard by life, by lack
Left alone to endure the cold places
Empty times when I trekked the storm blown plains
Plains of my own lost journey
When I was banished from my own existence
My own life
My own family
I, a stranger in familiarity
Known as the villain in my own saga
Challenged fate cursed the moment
Raised my fist to the sky
In the darkest of days , fear an enemy yet one the I dominated
As I stared down the hated gaze of my detractors
Shouted (Never!) To those wanton haters
That demanded submission, compliance
If I took a knee , it was in prayer
A prayer of strength
Of victory over the conquistadors of my belligerent adversaries
I will not go quietly
Surrendering to those who seek to author my fate, design my demise
I move forward against the bitter deluge
The violent winds
The angry sky
The storm is coming, the die is cast
War against the anarchist of my discontent inevitable
I stare into the tempest
My gaze locked on the future
As others falter in the progression of their moral intent
With my head up… my motivation, a righteous certainty
Endurance a surety
Embolden by my conviction
I Rise
An Original Poem by H.R. Beebe
Measure of a Man
A man of unbridled will
Unwilling to compromise
My life for any
I wake the day to blaze my own path
Not looking back to past failures losses
I live for this moment
People come and they go
I am unwilling to bend to the selfish heart
Or the narcissistic desire
Life is what it is
A gift to be taken if you are bold enough
To rush the fearful unknown
You live in this moment
Or die for past regret
Charge forward toward the places
Angels fear to tread
Bold courage is the power to be wielded
Fear a thing ridiculed by action
Unwavering determination
Marks a life well
Lived

A Radical Idea… Freedom
I question their purpose
In challenging the moment
Their continence hate
The people of fate
Anti truth they purport
As they create their facade
Of the their own darkness
Projecting it, creating it
Ever evil manifested
An image recreated again.. and again
The shadow of life, antithesis of light
In monstrous presence, to intimidate
Their word kill apparent to end debate
They believe this tactic new
Actions to late to matter
Announcing true nature in oral hate
They come like Denizens of the dark
To steal the resolve of the strong
Kill the free heart in a deluge of the idiots peril. Logic lacking the rely on blood letting
To silence the bold spirit
To eliminate the resistant will
As the bulwark maintains the line
The past testified the persistent message
Our fathers words echo clear
From that dark fate survived
They call to us to remember
The legacy they left
Behind
And the price they paid
For our
Lives.

We Stand
I am the one that the Marxist hate
Because I’m White, not racist
They try, to blame me, but they can’t
Americans are family, race isn’t a thing
I follow an idea, called freedom,
With it’s statutes given by God
Spelled out in the Constitution
I believe in the Oath
I believe in the Flag
I support those who have stood
As our vanguard, defending our
beliefs, their souls our bulwark
Their lives our legacy of Freedom
Our colors don’t run, our Liberty
The shield that defends our honor
Though, you may hate our history
You will witness, us Standing in
The end, you may think you succeeded
In squelching the ideas we espouse
But, as the smoke begins to clear
You See us on one knee, your victory
Taken, as you hear us, as one voice
Echoing Amen..
We rise as one, and now the real fight
Has just begun.
An Original Poem by H.R. Beebe
The Hero’s Path
The light is the guiding force
Even in the darkness
You can feel it there
Just on the horizon
Though you may be forced
to your knees
Be sure that the light
Will come
Sword in hand
As the first beams hit
Your eyes
You Rise.
