We Aren’t Real..And Yet..

I found this place from another light
Rest today, we travel by
Night
Don’t wonder who we are
We hide from your sight
We were here from the
Start
Come closer..yes we bite
From a tunnel we created
We will keep you safe until
We get back to our deep
Ground estate
Then you will be a guest
Of honor at a banquet
Divine..the very last
Sight you will see are
Our slit eyes, as we serve
You to our real guests
Bonappetite
Were not Human.
We are the Elite.

Saline Dreams and Clouded Realities

What felt like a dream.. became my reality
As I learned the fate of the sky
Sundered from below
A sea of scattered mistakes
Became evident,as the clouds
rose from man, not nature
We thought it was frivolous
Yet, not even in a dream could we envision
The fate caused man, as he in his arrogance tried to
Make more money, and his ego, failed him
The failure rose from his disaster painting the sky
Causing my saline dreams
To become a tear filled truth
As their lies spread across the nation’s
Urgent hands grasped for answers, as the storm clouds
Gathered, they wrung their hands, as the oceans receded
They, feared the sky
As the Earth judged them
The sky would carry out
the sentence
All will learn their actions
As the rain began to
Fall

Span Of Dreams

Spanning time, the metal high
A wonder of the ages, the water below
It connects the earth, to the sky
A creation of awe
Made by man
Yet, cloaked in mist, as if
A walk way of gods
Crossing the spaces
Of the places between
A span of dreams
Made real by the human
Hand.

A Memory, And The Rain

A grey day, clouds owned
The sky
As rain, a metaphor hid
The land in fog and shadows
A smile crept across her face
A memory of another time
A picnic, Sun tea, and youth
not so long ago, yet half a lifetime
past since that day
Her hair dark, the years had not dampened
The beauty, she was graced with
The memory lingered a moment longer
As a single ray of sunlight broke through
the clouds to landed on her face as
if you remind her, that was another time
The smile remained, as she let go of
the past, to focus on the present..and
then..the
Future.

Beauty, Not Diminished

Beauty, Not Diminished

The color of the soul
Green in depths of
Wonder
Lost at times, alone
In a place.. of
Contridiction and confusion
It didn’t begin this way
There were sunny days
Where promise was all
around.. yet somehow
someway, it all changed
Nothing is like it was
Though darkness is
coming
The light can’t be extinguished,
Because even if you can’t see
The Son..
He’s still there.

The Insanity We See

Crazy, what’s the point
Lost in my own mind
Alone in a heartless
place
Where someone else
designed my destiny
I watch as the universe
changes
Before my very eyes
What was is not
What is should not
be
A tone stands between
me and sanity
My frequency is not
attuned
As the world moves
changing
In ways I can hardly
comprehend
I am shown that
what is, is fluid as
water
I reach out for the
answer
As it slips through
my fingers
Like smoke, I see
It
And.. then
it’s
Gone
It begins again

To ask…

What is Love
Is to ask…
What is Oxygen,
You can’t truly live
Without either

To give yourself fully
To another
Heart, Soul
All you Are
All you ever could
be

To pledge your body
To give your life
To be whatever your
Love Wishes
To be Whatever your
Love Dreams

To be fully in the
moment with your Love
No Matter what
This is Love

The Dark Path

In silent corners of your mind
Lays the fears that haunt you
Control you, use you
You can run, you can hide
But, nothing helps
These demons will continue
To pursue you night and day
When you lie to sleep they
Will be waiting to torture
Your dreams relentlessly
Unless, you find your
True power, your True weapon
That is God, is with you
That God is within you
In the time of most fear
When you feel all is lost
You turn an face it
And find what you were
Most afraid of
Was Yourself.

The Light, and The Darkness

I am separated
I can’t reach it no matter
How hard I try
Those who know it
Cruelly at times
Flaunt my plight

For a time I thought
It was freedom
A banner to fly
Yet, it became a
Burden which weighed
Like chains of my
Own forging, my own
Hand

It alienated, at times
Left me alone
In a prison that
I could not escape

Hidden, was the pain
I could not share
So, I endured it
Quietly

I watched stars pass
By me, the beauty I
Could not partake
Joy, was a stranger
I bore witness
The wonder, beyond
My grasp

Though the full moon
Was A thing to behold
I had to turn my back
As she left her place
To commune with
Another Consort
Leaving the sky

I stood there
Bearing witness to
Her departure
All she left behind
Was
Darkness

In The Wind

I once thought I would go
Wherever the spirit took me
I passed waterfalls
Mountains, plains
I saw the oceans and the seas

Yet, I couldn’t find it
I met ambassadors
And Movie Stars
No Matter where I
Went it wasn’t there

I have seen the darkness
I have seen the light
I have faced my greatest fears
I have seen my greatest weakness

Yet, I could find it
I traveled for years
It was still hidden
I asked each person
I met, they didn’t know
Where to look

Then I stopped
And for the first time
I heard the wind blow
Through the trees

In that moment I realized
What I’ve been looking for
Isn’t out there
It has always been right
Here,
With the wind and trees
What I had searched for
Was
Me
